In addition to culinary experiences, Restaurant Koskivahti offers the perfect setting for both relaxation and celebration. Enjoy the cozy atmosphere of the restaurant and let the views of Lake Saimaa take your breath away. During your visit, you can also feel a touch of history, as this beautiful building was originally the official residence of the sawmill manager and the birthplace of author Elsa Heporauta.

Our goal is to start each day with delicious, high-quality, locally sourced food – just as it should be in the spirit of Saimaa.
The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of homemade delicacies made with clean, fresh ingredients from our region. Our chefs prepare everything with love from scratch: the bread is baked in our own bakery, we favor the wonderful ingredients of D.O. Saimaa producers, and we also use seasonal natural ingredients in our breakfasts.
Our delicious breakfast is available to guests from Thursday to Sunday and to all customers on Saturdays and Sundays during the fall.

The atmospheric and stunning Koskivahti is also ideal for parties of up to 120 people. The sunny terrace can also accommodate around 100 people.
Koskivahti also has a small, cozy cabinet that is suitable for gatherings of less than 20 people.
