Every leadership team reaches a point where stepping away from the daily routine is the best way to move forward.

Sahanlahti Catch & Decide is designed for leaders who need space to think, discuss and make decisions without the distractions of the office. The experience combines focused leadership discussions with the unique environment of Lake Saimaa.

In the morning, the team gathers for strategic conversations in a private setting. Later, the meeting room is replaced by open water. On the lake, conversations become more honest, ideas flow more naturally and relationships strengthen.

The day ends with a lakeside dinner featuring fresh Lake Saimaa fish, local flavours and carefully selected wines. This is an opportunity to step away from everyday routines and focus on what truly matters.

CATCH & DECIDE

Executive Fishing Experience:

Professional fishing guide
4-hour guided fishing experience on Lake Saimaa (additional hours available at an extra cost, up to a maximum of 7 hours)
