Accessibility

ARRIVAL

• The restaurant courtyard is flat and covered with gravel.
• It is possible to drive to the upper courtyard, in the immediate vicinity of the building.
• There are no specially marked accessible parking spaces in Sahanlahti.

ENTRANCE

• Next to the main entrance, there is a gentle, fixed ramp (width 115 cm). The ramp has handrails on both sides.
• The main entrance has a manual door. The outer door is 119 cm wide and has a threshold approximately 3 cm high. The outer door leads to a porch with a small shop.
• A door leads from the porch to the restaurant and reception. The porch door is 119 cm wide.

RECEPTION AND RESTAURANT

• The reception desk is located immediately after the entrance hall, in the same space as the restaurant. The reception desk is 120 cm high, but there is a low writing desk next to it.
• The restaurant is on one floor. There are no thresholds between the restaurant areas.
• The height of the buffet table is 85 cm.
• The restaurant tables and chairs are movable.

ACCESSIBLE TOILET

• The restaurant has an accessible toilet. The width of the toilet door is 90 cm.
• The space in front of the toilet seat is 116 cm.
• The height of the toilet seat is 46 mm. There are fold-down handrails on both sides of the toilet seat.
• The toilet also has a baby changing table.
• The height of the washbasin is 75 cm and is adjustable. There is free space under the washbasin.

ARRIVAL

• The hotel building is located approximately 100 meters from the reception and restaurant building.
• There is a fixed, steep ramp (width 108 cm and length 363 cm) at the hotel entrance.
• The hotel's outer door opens towards the ramp, so you have to go past the outer door to get through. The turning space for wheelchairs in front of the outer door is 115 cm x 248 cm.
• The outer door is a wide double door with a 3 cm threshold.
• There are two doors in front of the lobby, each 76 cm wide. Both doors have thresholds that are 3 cm high.

ROOM

• The hotel has one accessible room (Anni).
• The door to the room is 81 cm wide and the threshold is 2 cm high. The room has two separate 90 cm beds that can be moved apart.
• There is 68 cm of space on both sides of the bed. The bed is 55 cm high and there is 20 cm of space under the bed.
• Opposite the bed is a table with a height of 73 cm. There is empty space under the table. There is 150 cm of empty space between the table and the bed.

BATHROOM

• The bathroom has a toilet and shower. The bathroom door is 81 cm wide and has a steep ramp.
• The toilet seat is 48 cm high. There are fold-down handrails on both sides of the toilet seat.
• The shower area is 3 cm lower than the rest of the bathroom floor. The shower area is 90 cm x 90 cm.
• The sink is 88 cm high and there is free space under the sink.
