Restaurant Koskivahdin's festive Independence Day dinner invites you to enjoy a delicious meal with family and friends.

Independence Day celebration menu

  • Beetroot soup and goat cheese cream (L,G)
  • Reindeer carpaccio, dijon mayonnaise, pickled lingonberries, crispy parsnips, and egg yolk cream (L,G)
  • Beef tenderloin, smoked parsnip purée, potatoes roasted in bacon from the Kuvala farm, and red wine and blueberry sauce (L,G)
    The house's moist chocolate cake and berry jam (L)

Independence Day's dinner price: €68 per person (children aged 4–12 eat for half price)
