This naturally beautiful area is dry and ridged forestland with its highest point 60 metres above the surface of Lake Saimaa.

Kuoreksenniemi Villas are semi-detached houses, each with its own large terrace with privacy and a large sauna area.

The holiday home has three bedrooms with sleeping facilities for six people. The villa has a view of Lake Saimaa (through a birch forest) and a spacious sauna area. The villas are semi-detached, and some have a fireplace. The living room’s high windows offer a luminous view. The excellent architecture ensures that everyone has their own sheltered and enclosed terrace space. On the large terrace in the backyard, you can enjoy the sun all day long. The spacious and functional layout of the common areas and the 3 separate bedrooms make the villa versatile and easily adaptable.

The villa is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a radio/CD player. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and dining set. There is a barbecue grill on the terrace. The villa has one and a half bathrooms as well as a separate shower attached to the sauna. The utility room has a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

There are 3 apartments for 1 to 6 persons. Pets are welcome for an extra charge.
